In purchasing an alcoholic beverage you represent to Baskets by Rita that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom it will be delivered is at least 21 years old. Wine shipments cannot be left without an adult signature.

Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming
If you request shipment to a state not shown on this list we will substitute non-alcoholic beverage.
