Do you ship the same day? Yes! Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) we ship same day until 2:30 pm Mountain time. During major holidays we extend our cutoff time on same-day shipments to 4PM Mountain Standard Time. Call us if you need special consideration beyond our normal shipping times we will work with FedEx to make late drop pick-ups if the situation arises. You gift baskets are handmade to order in our store and packed and delivered with pride.
How are your gift baskets shipped/Delivered? We ship all of our gift baskets with FedEx. We offer hand delivery in many Colorado front range cities from our Denver and Fort Collins locations. For in transit time click on our shipping tab. Our standard ship option is via Ground. We also offer 3 Day (express saver), 2 Day, Priority Overnight and Standard Overnight. We also offer palatalized Freight Services for large corporate gift baskets purchases when a truck shipment will save you money.
What if we get an incomplete or incorrect address? If we ship a gift basket to an incorrect address it will be returned to us by FedEx. They charge us $10 for all returns so therefore we must charge you this fee. On rare occasions we are able to reroute your gift through FedEx and avoid this additional fee. There will however still be a $15 charge for redelivery. Please be patient with us as we will do everything we can to get your gift basket delivered in excellent condition as as soon as possible.
How do we pack your gift baskets for shipping? We use biodegradable packing peanuts. Two things that make this Eco-friendly option the right choice is one they will dissolve in water since they are made from corn starch and two they won't litter the landscape and fill up the landfill. We are a green company offering not only green packaging but we also offer Eco-friendly gift baskets as well.
How do we handle summertime shipments? During the summer months due to the heat we find it necessary to substitute the chocolate in our chocolate gift baskets with brownies and fudge to ensure they arrive in nothing excellent condition. If you insist on having chocolate bars we will be happy to ship via FedEx Express for an additional charge. Our experience requires is to do these things to make sure your gift basket is perfect upon arrival.
Substitution Policy: From time to time we may run out of a specific item. When this occurs we will substitute an item of equal or greater value. Chocolate featured in our gift baskets may be replaced with other gourmet items of equal or greater value from May through September, when the weather gets warmer. Our fruit gift baskets will contain seasonal fruit selections to ensure freshness. We make these substitutions to ensure the timely arrival and freshness of your gift basket as well as the reliability of the presentation.
Unconditional Guarantee: We stand behind our products 100%. If you or your recipient are not happy with your gift, simply let us know and well make it right! All returns must be made within 5 business days. A restocking fee of 35% will be charged for returns.
